We make soup in a variety of sizes so the length of time needed to heat your cup will vary.  Please consult the package and/or cup of soup for exact heating instructions.  If using the stovetop, pour soup into a heavy saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.  For microwave use, be sure to remove the plastic seal from the cup and loosely cover with microwavable plastic wrap or paper towel before microwaving.  Stir the soup halfway through the recommended cooking time.

For best results, we recommend you serve your refrigerated soup right away.  But if you'd like to freeze it, you can as long as it is frozen before the use by date on the cup.  Once frozen, it will last nine months from that date in your freezer.

No, we do not recommend you refreeze the soup after it has been heated.  The best way to store the soup after it has been heated is to let it cool uncovered till it's cool (39°F or less), cover, and store in your refrigerator for up to 3 days.
